A Smartphone app is showing promise in helping patients with pulmonary fibrosis manage anxiety, a common comorbidity in people with this diagnosis. The app, called Almee, provides a nine-week period of cognitive behavioral therapy, consisting of seven sequential therapy modules and three anytime essentials modules with learning surrounding topics such as motivation, feelings, behaviors, mindfulness, physical activity, sleep, nutrition, and more.
